It was great to have Jay as my PT. He always pushed me and knew very well how much to push. Kept me motivated. I felt really good about my body after 8 sessions with a good mix of exercises. He also kept eye on what I eat which was very helpful. Jay is well trained, well mannered and a great professional. I would recommend him strongly to anyone.
